Sales of allotments in Riverstone Rise’s newest land releases in Corimba village have surged over the past few months with land purchasers eager to secure their piece of the masterplanned community.
Since the initial mid-year release of Corimba Stage 5 over 45 allotments have been contracted and more new releases are planned for 2026. As the Gladstone property market continues to strengthen it is expected that future releases will continue to be in high demand, and prospective purchasers are encouraged to register their interest in future release early.
Remaining allotments in the current releases range in size from 375sqm to 745sqm, and the allotments start from just $179,000 up to $241,500.
