Following the registration of Lilyvale Stage 4A buyers have been keen to settle of their land and submit home designs for approval.
Lilyvale Stage 4A features 26 homesites all of which were contracted off the plan prior to the registration. After a series of compliance checks the stage was certified by Gladstone Regional Council to enable titles to be registered and settlements to commence in November.
In the short time both leading to and post registration, Riverstone Rise has seen a steady stream of Building Covenant Compliance applications lodged by purchasers ready to take the next step in building their new homes. No doubt Riverstone Rise will be Gladstone’s ‘hub of homebuilding activity’ in 2026 and into 2027.
